I won an Arcangel Hat today from a 123 event and, I put it on but, took it off and, put it on again. The second time I put it on, my game crashed. And now, I can't even log in anymore because the game crashes as soon as I go to the character select.

Go into Control Panel and see if you can reset your character looks. Once you do so and the problem still persists, try re-installing the aceRO and repatch.
