| Rates will be set to : 1k/1k/1k after much thought, and max aspd at 192, We'll still give you a max transcended char though. Server might be up much much more later or tomorrow, but yes, It will be up by tomorrow for sure, or might be later, depending on how long I'll take on fixing something.  .
